Tree Service Daytona
How to Prepare and Expect Tree Work
Tree work can be time-consuming and difficult for the residents. Tree service Daytona makes it simpler and more manageable for the residents. It is difficult to ensure the equipment you need for any given situation. These tools will help you to deal with any situation, no matter how difficult it might be.
Preparing:
Unless stated otherwise in the estimate, it is the responsibility of each client to reserve parking. The crew will need three regular parking spaces in front of your property to park their truck or chipper. All trees must be cleared of cars. To avoid debris and damage on the road to the truck, it's a good idea to move cars to the side of your driveway.
Personal property: Pots and outdoor furniture must be removed. If you have any questions about where to relocate your personal property, call us. This is because the crew will spend additional time moving it.
Dog poo: If the crew arrives, they will need to clear your yard of dog feces. These items will be used to run ropes and rigging tools on the ground. It can cause delays or even cancelations of work. You will be responsible for anything beyond what the team has picked up.
Internet Access: You may lose internet access, cable TV service, or landline service if your tree is removed. Most often, you can call your provider to get your service back on the same day as the tree was removed. However, if the problem is severe, we can provide temporary access to your internet/cable connection until you receive your new cable provider. This bonus is only available if the cable line is returned to us. If not, it will cost 40 dollars.
These are the things you should expect:
Arrival: If you have a tree-work appointment for the morning, they will arrive between 8:30 & 9:30 AM. However, if your work is scheduled at another time, the crew may arrive up until three hours after or before your scheduled arrival time. If you require an exact arrival time, please contact the office within one hour of your scheduled arrival time. We will make every effort to provide you with an updated time. If you have special concerns such as needing to leave work at noon to allow the crew to arrive on time or need to take a day off to complete the work, please discuss these with your project manager. You may need to alter the schedule due to many factors. The better the manager can help you, the better.
Different Service Timing: Not every service is performed by the same staff. When a tree is being removed, for instance, one crew will remove it, another crew will remove the wood, and yet another crew will grind down the stump before planting a new tree. These services will be rendered over a period of several days (2-5 days). If there is a deadline that you require, please let the project manager know. We will wait for 48 hours to make alternative arrangements unless we have made prior arrangements.
Being at Home: There is no need to be present at your home while you do tree work. Working while tree maintenance is underway and trusting that it will go well in your absence are two ways to minimize the costs of tree work. It is preferred to be at your home if there are any specific requirements about how far a tree should reach, how deep you want the tree cut or any other tasks you need to know.
You can still find debris in the area:
Leaves
Be sure to leave the wood at its original length (16-18 inches) if you want to avoid damage to your project. An estimated will need to know if you require a different length. Also, he may need to move the wood and stake it. This could lead you to additional charges.
Stump Grinder: A mixture of wood shavings, dirt, and other materials is left behind by a stump being ground. The large stump might form a large mound when it is removed. These must be removed prior to planting. The grindings are great mulch for planting. You can have the grindings removed at no additional cost.
Completed Work: Once we are done, your yard will look better than ever. We are happy to address any questions that you might have regarding the work. If you have any comments or suggestions about the way your service was provided, we would appreciate them hearing from you.
